How do I inquire about booking a private event?

Check out our "private events" section, found on our home page menu. Be sure to read it thoroughly, to ensure full understanding. 

 

How much do private events cost?

Private events range in pricing based on a variable of factors such as; distance we will be traveling, duration of event, amount of guests, special requests, etc. Be sure to read our private events page for more details. Direct message us of Instagram for your customized booking quote.

 

How much is shipping for online orders?

Our shipping is a flat rate of $8. If you spend $50 or more you will receive free shipping. All orders are shipped in either a small flat rate box, flat rate padded envelope, flat rate medium sized box, or flat rate large sized box. Box size is depending on the size of your order.

 

 Is it possible to get a refund, return or exchange for any purchases?

Unfortunately, there are NO returns, refunds or exchanges allowed. All sales are FINAL. Seastar Lemon Bubbles (DBA of Vibes and Intentions Co. LLC reserves the right to refuse any request regarding returns, refunds and/or exchanges. This extends to any and every purchase made Via instagram (@seastar_lemonbubbles) and/or on the www.seastarlemonbubbles.com website.

 

What happens if my package is lost or damaged?

If your package is lost or damaged upon arrival, it is not the responsibility of Seastar Lemon Bubbles. You can go to the USPS website and file a claim. 

 

What do I do if my items haven't arrived?

There is also a processing period that may take 2 to 5 days on top of your shipping days. 

Example: say packaging an order takes 3 days, and you paid for Priority Mail (3-day delivery), your order should be received on the 6th day of your purchase. This is just an estimate. We do not control your local post office on when they deliver the mail.

 

 

Can I shop here if I am international?

We do not currently accept any international orders on our website. Sorry for the inconvenience.

 

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

Once an order has been placed, the designated address cannot be changed. Please be sure to put in the correct address you wish your order to be shipped to when completing a purchase. We do not offer returns or refunds on missing packages that have been marked as delivered. Please contact the post office for any missing packages that have been delivered. 

 If an order is returned to Seastar Lemon Bubbles due to incorrect shipping address, or because you moved and did not update your forwarding mailing address, we will contact you regarding the updating of your shipping address and you will be responsible for paying the new shipping fee. If we don't receive a response within 7 days upon receiving returned & undamaged items, the buyer will be refunded in full (minus shipping costs).

   

Do you offer any Payment Plans?

Payment plans can be made through Shop Pay. Shop pay allows you to make payment installments. This option will be offered to you at checkout. 

Rates from 0%-36% APR. Payment options through Shop Pay Installments, are subject to an eligibility check and are provided by these lending partners: affirm.com/lenders. Options depend on your purchase amount, and a down payment may be required. State notices to consumers https://www.affirm.com/licenses.

Parents please be aware when children are drinking, fresh squeezed lemonade contains seeds. Although small, always take precaution. Our cups have large lids and are the perfect place to spit out seeds if needed.
